Ms. Loveday has 28 years of experience in project scheduling and project controls for both
government and commercial environmental work dating back prior to 1993. She is a
certified Primavera 6.0, Tilos and SureTrak user and she is proficient with a variety of other
estimating and scheduling software packages including Microsoft Project. Her software
expertise also includes the Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD. She also is the
administrator/developer on several SharePoint project sites, using 2003, 2007 and 2010
platforms.
Her financial expertise includes Oracle Financial Database applications, project
administration, accounts payable, and payroll. Ms. Lovedays' primary duties are “cradle-tograve”
project controls including project scheduling, activity tracking, percent complete

to widen and reconstruct 10 miles of I-595 and operate and maintain highway for 35 years.

reversible express lanes. Project included express lane connections to Florida’s Turnpike, I75
